This document establishes the terms and conditions governing the purchase through the Web Site owned by Nicol\u00e1s Rodr\u00edguez Casta\u00f1o S.L. (TodoReloj)<\/strong> (hereinafter, “THE COMPANY”), of the products and services offered therein (hereinafter, the “General Conditions of Sale” or “GCS”).<\/p>\n

<\/strong>2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

By placing an order through the Website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. In case of placing the order on behalf of a legal entity, you declare that you have sufficient capacity to represent said legal entity and to accept these GCS.<\/p>\n

Likewise, from the moment you place your order, after checking the boxes provided in the purchase form, you accept and agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These T&Cs supersede any prior terms and conditions contained in any other document.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>5 – PURCHASE PROCESS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to proceed with the online purchase from TodoReloj’s website you will be asked for the data stipulated in the regulations applicable to this type of purchase.<\/p>\n

The purchase process will be carried out in Spanish or English and consists of several steps which are summarized below:<\/p>\n

    <\/strong>To make the purchase you only have to choose the products you want from those offered on the web and add them to the shopping cart.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Formalization of the purchase:
    <\/strong>Once you have added all the products you want to the cart, you will be able to visualize the cart and check all the products added. The second step to complete the order will be to enter your personal data in the purchase form for shipping and invoicing of the products. For this purpose, it will be necessary to provide, among others, the following information: your name, surname and tax identification (NIF, CIF or passport) as well as an address for the shipment of the product and an email and telephone contact to be informed of the availability of the items you have added to your cart. A user name and password will be generated that you can use to make your purchases.\n

    You will receive confirmation of availability for those items that are available, asking you to mail a copy of your tax ID (NIF, CIF or passport) and you will be provided access to the payment gateway to finalize your purchase.<\/p>\n

    The recommended method of payment is by bank transfer; however, for purchases equal to or less than 1,500\u20ac, bank card and PayPal payments are also accepted. Cash on delivery is only accepted for purchases and shipments in Spain and has an additional cost.<\/p>\n

  3. Order Confirmation:

      <\/strong>Upon receipt of the Order Confirmation, THE COMPANY will send the product or products purchased through the Website, to the postal address indicated in the order form, which may not correspond to a post office box or public places, such as public roads, squares, stations, airports or similar.\n

      <\/strong>The delivery time in Peninsula is 72 hours from the confirmation of the order, in the postal address that you have included in the order data, except in case of force majeure. Shipments to European destinations or outside Europe have a delivery time that, depending on the destination, can range from 3 to 7 days. Remember that the cost of transport will be included in the invoice and that customs procedures will be the responsibility of the recipient. The delivery note will be sent together with the product or products.\n

      The risk of the product will be at your charge from the moment of its delivery, so from that moment you will be solely responsible for it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and despite having proceeded with their delivery, you will not acquire full ownership of the products until THE COMPANY receives full payment of all amounts owed in relation to them, including shipping costs that in your case may be applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

    3. <\/strong>PRICE, PAYMENT METHODS AND INVOICING:<\/strong>\n

        All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with current legislation, however, depending on the shipping territory, costs and taxes related to shipping and order processing are excluded, which, where appropriate, they will be informed and added to the final price.<\/p>\n

        When you place an order for delivery in a country outside the European Union, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes, which will be charged at the time the package arrives at its destination and it is not possible to anticipate them at the time of placing the order. You are hereby informed that any additional amount due to customs clearance shall be borne by you. The COMPANY has no control over such amounts. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country, so please check with the relevant customs office for further information. Due to bank transfer delays, we cannot avoid the possibility of running out of ordered product while waiting for payment.         PayPal allows any business or individual consumer with an email address to securely send and receive payments.         Cash on delivery:<\/td>\n\n

        For shipments to Spain we accept cash on delivery and there is an additional cost.<\/p>\n

        You will be able to pay the cost of the online order directly to the carrier, and you can pay in cash. The carrier will have you sign a delivery note confirming that you have paid the purchase amount and the purchased item is delivered to you.<\/p>\n

        Buying cash on delivery has no obligation for you, you are not obliged to keep the item or pay the price of it if you are not satisfied with the purchase.<\/p>\n

            <\/strong>In order to reserve an article it will be necessary to pay a reservation fee in advance, the amount of the fee will depend on the duration of the reservation and the price of the article. The reserved items will appear on the web under that condition until the rest of the payment is made and the final withdrawal and shipment is made.\n

            The reservation fee is non-refundable if the purchase is not completed within the agreed period. The maximum period in which an item may be held in reserve is 2 months (60 calendar days).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          2. Invoicing:
            <\/strong>expressly authorizes THE COMPANY to issue the invoice in electronic format, which will be sent to the e-mail address you have indicated when registering on our website or during the purchase procedure and will be sent in Spanish. You may, however, inform us at any time of your wish to receive an invoice in paper format, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in this format.\n

            The electronic invoice will be archived on our servers for 5 years, counting from the time it was sent to you by e-mail. This way you can request it, for example in case of loss, through our customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

            <\/strong>7 – LEGAL WARRANTY:
            <\/strong>As a consumer you have the right to be protected for a period of time against defects or lack of conformity with the products. For second hand products the warranty is one year 1 year from the day that appears on the invoice or receipt of purchase or on the delivery note if it is of a later date.<\/p>\n
