The warranty we give on our products refers to the correct performance of their technical characteristics, and depends on the period established by law for used products.

Can an item be returned?

Purchased items can be returned within a maximum of 14 days. In case of return, you must inform us as soon as possible.

How does the purchase process work?

The purchasing process is basically summarized in three steps:

The Payment

Once confirmed the availability of the product and resolved the possible answers you want to make, we will proceed to the payment of the item. TodoReloj will issue a proforma invoice with the details of the article and the method of payment chosen by you.

Shipping

Once the payment of the item has been made, we will proceed to ship it. Shipping is included in the price, and in the case of the peninsula the delivery time is 24 hours.
