Note: We take advantage of this section of information to clarify some confusion that exists among some users in reference to what is commonly called the documentation and/or or watch papers.
These are terms commonly used by buyers and sellers in the used watch market, and refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card. It must be said that the existence of this card is not an essential element when purchasing a used watch, since watches are not an item that by law needs to be accompanied by documentation.
Our recommendation is that for your safety, you always request a purchase/sale document, in which the item is clearly identified, and in which there are also no doubts that it is an original item and that is responsible for it.
