Can an item be returned?

Purchased items can be returned within a maximum of 14 days. In case of return, you must inform us as soon as possible.

How does the purchase process work?

The purchasing process is basically summarized in three steps:

Product confirmation

If you are interested in any of our items you should contact us to confirm availability, as it may happen that an online and in-store buyer may coincide.

The Payment

Once confirmed the availability of the product and resolved the possible answers you want to make, we will proceed to the payment of the item. TodoReloj will issue a proforma invoice with the details of the article and the method of payment chosen by you.


Once the payment of the item has been made, we will proceed to ship it. Shipping is included in the price, and in the case of the peninsula the delivery time is 24 hours.


Do the items you sell have documentation?

The items we sell are always documented with an invoice in which the data of the seller, the buyer and the item in question (reference and number) are specified.
In those cases in which the previous owner has delivered the original purchase documentation, this will also be delivered together with our invoice.

Is there any kind of control over this source?
Logically yes. By law, there is an obligation to document the origin of purchases and to pass a police control in the case of used goods.

Can the deposit option be more profitable than the sale?
If you want to get the most value out of your watch, we can offer you the option of a deposit. In this case we will try to sell the watch at the price you request and a sales management fee will be charged, which is agreed between both parties.
Can I sell you my watch without having to travel?
If you are unable to travel to bring the watch to us for location or personal reasons, we also offer the alternative of distance selling. If you wish to know the procedure for this option, just contact us and we will explain the complete process to you.
What are the criteria for evaluating a watch?
The criteria we use to value a watch are diverse. But basically it has to do with their possible resale value, which is determined by their demand and state of preservation.
