      I bought a watch from Tomás via Chrono24. The watch was aesthetically in perfect condition as described but the mechanism was running a bit slow. After sharing this with Tomás he kindly received the watch back, serviced it, tested it and re-sent it to me. All of this at no cost (including international shipping costs) and in a very reasonable time frame.

Can an item be returned?

Purchased items can be returned within a maximum of 14 days. In case of return, you must inform us as soon as possible.

How does the purchase process work?

The Payment

Once confirmed the availability of the product and resolved the possible answers you want to make, we will proceed to the payment of the item. TodoReloj will issue a proforma invoice with the details of the article and the method of payment chosen by you.

Shipping

Once the payment of the item has been made, we will proceed to ship it. Shipping is included in the price, and in the case of the peninsula the delivery time is 24 hours.
